Setting the Teleco Perfect Voice Voicemail Time

This can be done from any phone.
  1. Press Intercom 850. If the system asks for a security code press * * (star, star)
  2. Press 7
  3. Enter User ID: 900
  4. Enter Password: 900
  5. Choose Option 2 – Change System Time (Follow the prompts)

    If the system asks for a security code
  2. Press * * (star star)
  3. Enter 7

  5. Press 4 to select greeting you want to record
    1. Daytime = “Thank you for calling…”
    2. Daytime = “For a company directory…”
    3. Nighttime = “Thank you for calling…”
    4. 4 Nighttime = “For a company director…”
  6. Press 1 to Play
  7. Press 5 to Record Your Greeting
  8. Record Greeting
  9. Hang up
  10. Intercom 850
  11. Press * * (star star)
  12. 910
  13. 1
  14. 1
  15. 1
  16. Wait for beeps to stop
  17. Hang Up
To Change Personal / Mailbox Greeting
  1. Intercom 850
  2. Enter Security Code
  3. Press 9 – exits message mode
  4. Press 2
  5. 1

  7. Record Personal Greeting
  8. Hang Up
